No sensor readings (data) being sent to My AcuRite

Possible Solutions

  1. Verify the sensor is in range of the AcuRite Connection Device (AcuRite Access, smartHUB, PC Connect).
  2. Verify the sensor has been added to the Connection Device in My AcuRite. Go to Settings > Devices menu > Select the Connection Device > Verify the sensor is listed in the My Sensors section. If the sensor is listed in Available Sensors, add the sensor to the device.
  3. Try bringing the sensor within a few feet of the Connection Device. If the device detects the sensor, check for sources of interference near the original sensor placement.
  4. Remove power from the Connection Device for two (2) minutes and power it back on.
