No sensor readings (data) being sent to My AcuRite
Possible Solutions
- Verify the sensor is in range of the AcuRite Connection Device (AcuRite Access, smartHUB, PC Connect).
- Verify the sensor has been added to the Connection Device in My AcuRite. Go to Settings > Devices menu > Select the Connection Device > Verify the sensor is listed in the My Sensors section. If the sensor is listed in Available Sensors, add the sensor to the device.
- Try bringing the sensor within a few feet of the Connection Device. If the device detects the sensor, check for sources of interference near the original sensor placement.
- Remove power from the Connection Device for two (2) minutes and power it back on.
