Set barometric pressure to be adjusted or station pressure

An AcuRite Connection Device (AcuRite Access, smartHUB, PC Connect) has an internal barometer and its pressure measurement is sent to My AcuRite.

From the profile of a Connection Device, you can set how pressure is displayed for a device.

Adjusted Pressure - displays the barometric pressure that has been adjusted for altitude by using the elevation value set in the profile of the Connection Device. Adjusting the pressure will take into account differences in pressure caused by the altitude at the location of the Connection Device.

Station Pressure - displays the exact pressure measurement taken by the Connection Device's internal barometer; which allows for manual pressure adjustments (+/-). Does not include an adjustment for altitude.

NOTE

PC Connect only - the barometric pressure adjustments are required to be set directly in the PC Connect software.

How to set barometric pressure type

  1. From the tab / navigation bar, tap (Settings menu).
  2. Tap Manage Devices.
  3. Tap the name of the Connection Device.
  4. Tap the icon located to the right of the device name.
  5. Barometric Pressure Settings are located in the step 4. Go to step 4 and update the Barometric Pressure Settings.

    6. Adjusted Pressure - automatically adjusted by My AcuRite using the altitude of the elevation set in the profile of the AcuRite Connection Device.

    Station Pressure - the raw pressure, which allows for manual pressure adjustments (+/-).

  6. Tap Save to update.
