How it works
My AcuRite is a cloud-based software solution that collects weather and environmental data from select AcuRite sensors. An AcuRite Connection Device (AcuRite Access, smartHUB, PC Connect) sends your AcuRite sensor data over its network connection to My AcuRite - allowing you to remotely monitor your environmental conditions online at anytime from the My AcuRite app on your smarthphone or tablet or from www.myacurite.com on your laptop or desktop computer.
You can create Custom Alerts specific to your monitoring requirements, allowing you to be notified when a monitored condition may need your attention. System Alerts, enabled by default, alert you when an AcuRite device may need your attention.

How can you get started?
Step 1 - Set up your AcuRite Connection Device (AcuRite Access, smartHUB, PC Connect) and install your AcuRite sensors.
Step 2 - Create a My AcuRite account. Go to myacurite.com or download the AcuRite app from the App Store or Google Play.
When you create your account, you are guided through a few simple account setup steps - including adding the 12-character Device ID of your AcuRite Connection Device. Once the device is added to your account, you then add your AcuRite sensors to the Connection Device. When a sensor is added to a Connection Device, the Connection Device sends the readings received from the sensor to your My AcuRite account and to Weather Underground (requires addition setup) over a network (internet) connection. The sensor readings are displayed in the My AcuRite Dashboard tab of the Connection Device.
Once your My AcuRite account is setup, you can view and monitor your conditions online at anytime from the AcuRite app or from www.myacurite.com.

Monitor your conditions from the Dashboard, Alerts, and Charts & Details.
The Dashboard 
displays the most recent sensor readings, and the current weather conditions and forecast at the address set in the profile of your AcuRite Connection Device.
The Alerts menu 
displays your alert notifications generated by your Custom Alerts and the System Alerts. If you want to be notified when a condition changes, be sure to create Custom Alerts. An Alert can be set for many conditions like rainfall, high wind speed, high or low temperatures or humidity conditions, and more.
Charts & Details 
are good for showing changes in the value of your readings over a series of points in time, such as week to week. You can also export your sensor readings from Charts & Details.
My AcuRite stores the last 31 days of reading history for each sensor. If you want to save your historical readings, you can export (download) the last 31 days of readings from your My AcuRite account. The export file (.csv) includes all readings in 5 minute intervals by reading type for each of the sensors added to the Connection Device.
If you need to access readings older than 31 days, be sure to export your readings monthly.
